Dan (he/him) serves as the Community Standards Coordinator in the Office of Campus Life. In his role, Dan manages the student conduct process and meets with students who violate community standards. Through educational and restorative means, Dan works to promote a civil educational environment for all community members and to educate students on community values and expectations. 

Dan has over 5 years' experience working in the student conduct field, most recently at Loyola University Maryland. Dan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Loyola and his Master of Education degree in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University. Dan also serves on the National Team at the University of San Diego Center for Restorative Justice and is a restorative justice trainer and facilitator. When Dan is not working you’ll find him reading a good sci-fi book, baking some delicious dessert, or enjoying the company of friends.
