Alexis Apfelbaum

Alexis Apfelbaum teaches literature, rhetoric, and writing courses at Drexel University and University of the Arts. She received an MFA in Creative Writing from Rutgers, Camden, and is a novelist with short story publications in The Global City Review, Blackbird, and Slush. Alexis believes there is much we can learn from the great writers that came before us, but that we all have our own unique story to tell; students in her classes are encouraged to find their own voices and tell the stories that matter most to them.
