Maeve Hening
Maeve Hening is originally from the northern areas of Vermont and New Hampshire. She eventually moved to Kalamazoo, Michigan where she acquired her BA in Studio Art and Spanish Language and Literature. In addition to her studies at Kalamazoo College, Maeve worked within various civic engagement projects focusing her efforts on community building through social justice and transformative justice efforts.
Maeve is new to Philadelphia, and she enjoys exploring the city and all it has to offer. She loves the exciting food, arts, and music scene and is always prepared to ask for new recommendations. She is happy to join the UArts community where she finds herself inspired by the creative thinkers who are ready to make changes within the University and beyond. Maeve is an admissions counselor for students from Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Texas and Vermont.
