After a course in sociology and cultural administration, Anne Kerzerho worked at the CCN of Orléans (director: Josef Nadj) and with Cies. In 2002, she joined the Rennes Centre chorégraphique national de Rennes et de Bretagne, France, as development manager for seven years. She develops support systems for young artists and training cycles and initiates with the choreographer Alain Michard the event A domicile, an artist residency program in northern Finistère, France.

Between May 2009 and June 2010, she followed a European diploma in cultural project management led by the Hicter Foundation in Brussels, and at the same time, engaged in close collaboration with the choreographer Loïc Touzé. Together, they developed the Autour de la table project, a performative and nomadic device around knowledge of gestures located outside the field of art. Between 2011 and 2022, she participated in the editions of Autour de la table in Berlin, Germany; Istanbul, Turkey; Montreal, Canada; and Angers, Ardèche, Grenoble, and Montpellier, France. In parallel with the editions, she conducted research work in 2020 that was hosted by the Dance department of Paris University 8, around the interview methodology specific to the project the interview as a dancer

From 2010 to 2013, she was educational director of the National Center Danse Contemporaine in Angers, which is directed by Emmanuelle Huynh. Since September 2013, she has joined the Montpellier centre chorégraphique national to perform the same function.
