Equitrac is the software used to manage printing and copying access on campus. This software requires clients to login with their UARTS user name and password before releasing prints. We are not currently charging for printing with this software, but we have implemented this as our system to charge for copying. Clients that have an old Copy Card balance on them can bring the cards to the Terra Imaging Lab to transfer that balance to their Equitrac account. For students wanting to make copies, they can deposit money at either Imaging Lab location to their accounts.
For administrative offices that are a part of our test phase, faculty and staff are required to log in using Equitrac. For faculty and staff in these test areas, they must obtain a billing code from their department heads so that they can properly access the machine without being charged.
