Faculty & Staff

All incoming first-class mail and express packages will be received and held for pickup in the mailroom, located in the Juniper Residence Hall. Department designees may pick up incoming and/or drop off outgoing university mail or packages Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Department or program directors should contact Mail Services at distributionservices@uarts.edu with the name of a department designee who is permitted to retrieve mail for the department. When possible, delay or postpone supply orders if your department and program will continue to operate remotely.

Mail Services is not responsible for handling personal mail or packages sent to the university for faculty or staff.

If you have questions about sending mail essential to the continuation of university business, contact Mail Services at distributionservices@uarts.edu

Paper Supplies

All orders for copy paper and other office supplies should be placed through Office Depot. Supplies will be delivered directly to the department’s office location. Delay or postpone orders until a time when staff is available to receive delivery.

Students

If you’re living on campus, your room or apartment will be assigned a mailbox in your residence hall. Letter mail or envelopes will be delivered to the mailbox assigned to your room.
