Transfer Night is a monthly information session specifically designed with transfer students in mind.
Why attend a Transfer Night?
We understand that transfer students have different schedules, questions, and experiences than a first-year student coming from high school. Attending a Transfer Night at UArts provides the opportunity to ask questions and gather information that is specific to transfer students. Learn more about our programs and tour campus with current transfer students. Bring a copy of your college transcripts and you’ll receive a preliminary transfer credit advisement by an admissions counselor.
What can I expect?
- Tour our campus in downtown Philadelphia, located on the Avenue of the Arts
- Learn about the transfer admissions process, scholarships and financial aid
- Receive a preliminary transfer evaluation of the college credit you’ve completed thus far
What should I bring to Transfer Night?
- Bring transcripts from each college or university you’ve attended if you would like transfer placement advisement (Unofficial or student copies are sufficient; official copies will be needed once you’ve applied).
- Questions: What types of scholarships are available? Am I eligible for financial aid? What is your student:teacher ratio? Transfer students have specific questions that we are here to answer.
Register online up to 24 hours prior to each event or until an event is fully booked. Don’t wait, register now!

Those interested in planning a visit to UArts for younger audiences should inquire separately to email@example.com. Graduate student tours are also scheduled separately, and interested students should contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or 215-717-6049 to arrange a visit.
