The Public Safety department at the University of the Arts works to ensure the safety and security of faculty, staff and students at the University as well as visitors to our campus, and enforces both University policies and local, state or federal laws and statutes that apply on our campus.
The department's policies are designed to promote a safe campus for all members of the University community as well as their guests. Members of the University and their guests are asked to uphold those policies at all times.
The Public Safety department keeps in direct daily contact with the Philadelphia Police Department and other law enforcement agencies regarding occurrences pertinent to the safety of those on our campus.
Public Safety department officers are stationed in University buildings 24 hours per day.
