Screenwriting Alum Directs an Episode of The CW’s new series ‘Pandora’

Jenn Wexler BFA ’08 (Writing for Film and TV) directed the sixth episode of the sci-fi action series Pandora, which aired Aug. 20 on The CW.
Set in 2199, Pandora follows a resourceful young woman, Jax, who has lost everything and begins a new life at Earth’s Space Training Academy. There, Jax and her friends defend the galaxy from both alien and human threats while uncovering truths about her own identity.

In Episode 6, “What Was It You Wanted,” Pilar’s bio-organic implants are hacked. Jax and Ralen lead an investigation to help save their friend and find out who’s responsible.
Wexler previously directed, produced and co-wrote The Ranger (2018), a horror film that debuted at SXSW, where she was nominated for the Gamechanger Award.
