Debbie Wolf

Debbie Lynn Wolf, PhD, teaches Music Education courses at University of the Arts; serves as a consultant and chief reader for PRAXIS Music Tests at Educational Testing Services (ETS) in Ewing, New Jersey; and is a professor of Music and chair of Music Education in the School of Music at Cairn University in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. She has shared her research in musical development, assessment, and music in special education at national and international conferences including NAfME, ISME Research Commission, ISME World Conference, ICMPC, and the College Music Society. Wolf’s publications include contributions to CRME, ISME, PMEA, and ETS. She has presented at churches, schools, universities, seminars, and conferences around the world, most recently, in Dubai, Azerbaijan, Australia, and U.K.
