What makes UArts Certificate in Dance special?
This two-year intensive dance program helps you reach your maximum potential. It is designed to develop your familiarity with and proficiency in a broad spectrum of dance styles, including Ballet, Jazz Dance, Tap and Modern Dance. Dance Certificate students do not take the Liberal Arts courses required for a bachelor's degree in dance, but concentrate all of their energy on their dance studies.
What performance opportunities are available?
- Ensembles: Perform in a range of styles and techniques
- Guest artists: Perform in original choreography
- Collaborative performances: Perform with live musicians in the School of Music
- Senior dance concerts: Staged, designed and choreographed entirely by students
