Abi Burns

Abi Burns is a queer, trans social work intern in their final year of graduate school at Temple. Abi completed their undergraduate nursing degree at Penn and continues to practice nursing part time. Abi takes a generalist, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed approach to therapy. They believe that each client is the expert on their own experience and co-create the therapeutic space to meet the needs of each individual. As a dancer and artist, Abi enjoys incorporating creative expression and the mind-body connection into their sessions.
