Filing a Claim

For those owed money by the university, please review the following instructions for filing a claim in The University of the Arts bankruptcy case:

You may either file a claim electronically, or print the claim form and mail it in. Please make sure to attach copies of the invoices/documentation supporting your claim. To access the form, visit the Bankruptcy Court website.

Please review this notice of the bankruptcy case filing, so you have the case number and information to correctly fill out the form.
