Phaedra Call is an artist and educator living in Philadelphia, PA. She received her MFA in Photography in 2015 from Columbia College Chicago where she was the recipient of the Stuart Abelson Research Fellowship. She works in photo, video and light installation, exploring both the scientific and philosophical relationship between light and sight. Her work has been exhibited most notably at La Centrale in Montreal, MIX NYC Queer Experimental Film Festival, the Institute of Contemporary Art in Philadelphia and Chicago Artist Coalition. She is a member at NAPOLEON, an artist-run gallery in Philadelphia.
