Kaitlin Staples Vigo is a registered art therapist and licensed professional counselor (ATR-BC, LPC) and has taught courses in UArts' Art Therapy Minor (now Creative Arts Therapy) at UArts in 2019.

Biography

In addition to her with with UArts, Kaitlin Staples Vigo has a private practice in Philadelphia. She also have a background in Jungian psychology and has completed multiple years of education and training with the Philadelphia Association of Jungian Analysts.

Experience

Vigo has worked with various populations and concerns, including addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, homelessness, thought disorders, etc. She has worked in multiple settings, including inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization and older-adult day programming. Additionally, Vigo is part president, vice president, and newsletter editor of the local AATA (American Art Therapy Association). She has also taught courses in the Marywood University Graduate Art Therapy program in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
