Erica Chan joined the UArts faculty as a senior lecturer in fall 2020 and teaches figure drawing to sequential artists.
Biography
She hails from New York City, where she works as a freelance illustrator and a graphic designer. She earned her MFA in illustration from the School of Visual Arts in New York City in 2017.
Experience
As a comic artist, Chan has worked with award-winning comic book editors, publishers and institutions such as
- Amazon Publishing,
- Animal Media Group,
- Bloomsbury,
- ComicMix,
- the Holocaust Center of Pittsburgh,
- and Margins Publishing.
