The Senior Giving Project, which began in 2018, unites senior students from across disciplines to raise funds for a legacy gift to UArts. The class goal is to raise $10,000. And thanks to the generosity of two UArts donors, that gift will be matched once the committee reaches their goal totalling $20,000 towards a gift of the students choosing.
The class of ‘19 will be raising funds to update and replace the furniture in Furness Courtyard. Furness Courtyard is the only outdoor common area on campus available for students. The space is also used year round for classes and student and alumni events.
Updating the outdoor furniture as well as tending to the landscaping will enhance this communal space allowing for students to interact outside of the classroom with students from other fields of study.
Your support of the Senior Giving Project helps to create a tradition and culture of philanthropy at UArts.
