Summary:
The School of Film at University of the Arts is establishing a pool of applicants for part time/adjunct instructor positions for the 2022/2023 academic year and beyond.
The School of Film is seeking active and accomplished screenwriters, filmmakers, animators, game artists, scholars and theorists with a desire to educate the next generation and work with a diverse student population.
This pool of applicants would be drawn upon to provide special teaching expertise in the areas of screenwriting, narrative and documentary production, post production, cinematography, film history, film and media studies, animation, and game art. Classes are conducted in person on our campus in Center City, Philadelphia.
The University is particularly interested in reviewing candidates whose identities and/or professional work intersect with or address historically marginalized communities, and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
Immediate openings for Fall 2022 include History of Narrative Cinema, World Cinema, as well as various film production workshop courses.

Requirements:
- Advanced degree in their related field and/or significant professional experience
- Active and established screenwriters, filmmakers, animators, scholars, and theorists who have substantial experience
