The Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS) provides a wide range of technical support, equipment and services to UArts' academic and administrative areas.

OTIS is responsible for managing technology and information services throughout the University and manages technology budgets, requests for technology purchases, as well as policies and procedures affecting the use of technology throughout campus.

OTIS is made up of Support and Print Services, Information Services, Infrastructure Services, and Media Resources. Between them these departments are responsible for all campus technology, including the wired and wireless network, the University's ERP system Colleague, Mac and Windows computers, all software, audio-visual hardware, campus desk and mobile phones, film technology, photographic technology, campus printing and copying, and more.
