The University of the Arts is easily accessible by public transportation from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware via the SEPTA Regional Rail and the NJ Transit PATCO high-speed line. Campus is just a 10-minute walk from SEPTA Suburban Station and a 5-minute walk from PATCO 12-13th & Locust Station.
Saturday Arts Lab (gr. 1 - 8) classes are held in Terra Hall, located at 211 S. Broad St.
Saturday School (gr. 9 - 12) classes are held in both Terra Hall (211 S. Broad St.) and Anderson Hall (333 S. Broad St.).
Summer Institute & One-Week Commuter Intensives (gr. 9 - 12) classes are primarily held in both Terra Hall (211 S. Broad St.) and Anderson Hall (333 S. Broad St.), as well as in other buildings on campus.

Rosi Dispensa is an administrator, educator, and artist. Prior to becoming Director of Pre-College, Rosi worked as a program coordinator in Continuing Studies at UArts, a teaching artist, and an instructor for students in grades 2 – 12. Rosi's work is founded in photographic practices, and includes printmaking processes, data collection, and creative uses of technology. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally. Rosi received an M.A. in Art Education and a B.F.A. in Photography from the University of the Arts.

Shannon Gingell is a theatre educator, director, actor & administrator. In addition to her work at UArts, Shannon is currently working as a teaching artist and director in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. Shannon earned her BFA in Drama, with a minor in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Studies, from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. She received her MA in Educational Theatre in Colleges and Communities from NYU as well. Previously, Shannon served as the 2016-2017 In-Schools Education Apprentice at Roundabout Theatre Company in New York City, an Entertainment Intern/Performer in Walt Disney World, and an Education/Outreach Intern at the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia. Shannon has also worked as a teacher, director, and administrator at institutions such as Camden Catholic High School, The Rehoboth Summer Children’s Theatre (Family Stages), New York University Undergraduate Admissions, and Curtain Call Performing Arts Center.

Bill DeBuono received a B.S. in Secondary Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Before joining the Pre-College team, Bill was a substitute teacher in various school districts throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties. During that time, he also served as a writing tutor at a local community college. Bill’s background in the arts lies in musical performance, specifically vocal performance and musical theater. He is also interested in art history and criticism. Bill is proud to serve the Pre-College students at UArts, believing that arts education empowers students to think independently and critically as young citizens and creators.
