Christopher "Cutter" Mummert, Music Performance '21 (Instrumental Performance)

Christopher “Cutter” Mummert (he/him) is a senior at the University of the Arts. He is majoring in Music Performance with a focus in Drums/Percussion and minoring in Music Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. He has partaken in many ensembles including two years with the Z Big Band. Cutter has been a member of the house band that plays at the semesterly Campus Life Open Mic Nights for all four years of his time at UArts, performing with friend Raph KP. They both find joy in encouraging artists to share their voice in front of new people. Since the pandemic, Cutter has found new endeavors in remote audio recording and tracking drums. He has since developed his brand “incuttime” which offers a platform for him to showcase his work and conduct his business remotely. He also offers audio engineering and mixing services that he has used to help other UArts students sculpt their creative projects.
