 Villanova University 

July 8-13, 2018 (Sun-Fri) for 5 nights  |  Deadline to reserve: June 26, 2018

Accommodations are available at Villanova University in the West Campus Apartments, adjacent to St. Mary's Hall. Each apartment is 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Two students per apartment. Apartments are air-conditioned and include a kitchen and living room. Bedrooms are furnished with beds, linens, towels, a desk, and chairs. Please bring all personal items.  No pets are permitted in the apartments.

To reserve, please complete the Housing Form and return to ccps@uarts.edu by Tuesday, June 26, 2018.

Rate: $86/night/person (includes tax)

Check-In: Sunday, July 8:  3- 5 pm, Klekotka Hall Lobby.

Campus Wildcard: All residents will be issued an ID card which will allow access to the apartment building, as well as Villanova’s library and on-campus fitness center. 

Parking: Prior to the start of class, students will receive a parking pass to print out and place on the dashboard. Students will be emailed a parking pass, campus map, and parking lot directions prior to move-in date.

Dining (St. Mary's Hall): Breakfast and lunch will be available in St. Mary’s Hall at the Second Storey Café, on an a la carte basis.

 Ursinus College 

Week I: June 25 - June 29 & Week II: July 9 - July 13, 2018

To reserve your accommodations please complete the Ursinus Housing Form and return to cs@uarts.edu. If you have any questions please call the Continuing Studies office at 215-717-6006.

Ursinus housing has central air and private shared bathrooms in the hallways. Rooms are equipped for comfortable residence hall living. The College provides a bed, mattress, desk, chair, bureau and closet space or bureau/wardrobe combination unit for each student. Window shades are provided for each room. You can bring your own linens or order from the Linen Rental link (*below - more details coming soon!).

There is a lounge and a small kitchen where you can prepare meals. Or if you would prefer, lunch will be served daily in Wismer Dining Hall, and local restaurants offer a lot of variety for breakfast and dinner.

  • Sunday, June 24 at the CASE Office in Sprankle Hall on 5th Avenue from 5 pm to 6 pm

Dorm pricing

Week 1: June 25 - June 29, 2018

  • $300 per week (5 nights) single occupancy / $200 per week (5 nights) double occupancy

Week II: July 9 - July 13, 2018

  • $300 per week (5 nights) single occupancy / $200 per week (5 nights) double occupancy  

Packing List

  • For cooking:  cookware, utensils, paper plates and cups, can/bottle opener, water bottle, ziploc bags, Tupperware containers, bag clips

  • Sleep: extra-long twin sheet sets - 80 inches long(unless you are renting) , pillows, an extra blanket/quilt, alarm clock

  • Wash: bath towels and washcloths (unless you are renting), shower tote/caddy, soap holder, toothbrush holder, first-aid kit, hair dryer, razors, bathrobe, flip flops

  • Extras: mp3 player, DVD player, charger for phone, power cords

Linen Rental (optional): Students can register themselves for optional linen rental at an additional cost.  Pre-order is required and payment is due at check-in. Linens will be supplied in the dorm room upon arrival. Students can pay for linens when they pick up their dorm keys.

Campus ID: Ursinus will supply non-photo ID’s for dorm students-only

Campus Parking: Housing + Commuter students can download parking voucher for dashboard in car - link coming soon.

Dining (Wismer Dining Hall): There is a small kitchen available to prepare meals.  Lunch will also be available (11:30am-1pm). Students pay out of pocket at Wismer Dining Hall. Cash and credit card will be accepted. Students will NOT be able to purchase breakfast or dinner at the Ursinus campus dining hall.

 Villanova University 

Weeks I - IV: June 25 - July 29, 2018

Accommodations are available at Villanova University in the West Campus Apartments located near St. Mary's Hall. Each apartment has two bedrooms that sleep one-two people each with a maximum of four people in the apartment.  Apartments are air-conditioned and include a shared kitchen, living room and 1.5 baths.  Housing reservations are made directly through Villanova University and are done separately from course registration.  Note that no pets are permitted in the residence halls.

Check-in

  • Sunday arrivals:  Housing check-in will be held on Sunday evenings at Welsh Hall from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. 

  • Monday arrivals:  You may pick up your key at sign-in in the ground floor lobby of St. Mary’s Hall.  If you plan to visit your room before your course begins, please arrive no later than 7:15 am.

Dorm pricing: $87/night – Single room  |  $63/night  – Double occupancy room

Packing List

Items Supplied to You:

  • sheets, blanket, pillows, and pillowcases
  • two bath towels & washcloth
  • toilet paper
  • internet cable
  • garbage bags
  • a lamp
  • Full sized fridge, stove, and microwave in the kitchen area of each apartment.  

Items to Bring:

  • pots and pans if you wish to cook
  • utensils
  • alarm clock
  • small book light for bedrooms
  • extra towels or pillows
  • soap, shampoo
  • any other personal items
