Villanova University 

July 7-12, 2019 (Sun-Fri) for 5 nights  

Accommodations are available at Villanova University in the West Campus Apartments located near St. Mary's Hall. Each apartment has two bedrooms that sleep one person each with a maximum of two people in the apartment.  Apartments are air-conditioned and include a shared kitchen, living room and 1.5 baths.  Bedrooms are furnished with beds, linens, towels, a desk, and chairs.  Housing reservations are made directly through Villanova University and are done separately from course registration.  Note that no pets are permitted in the residence halls. 

Professional Institute for Educators graduate students are housed with our Summer Music Studies graduate students at Villanova.  To reserve your accommodations, please complete the Villanova Music Studies Housing Form

Please note: You must register for housing by noon on Friday for Sunday evening/Monday morning move-in.  Otherwise, your room will not be available for move-in until Monday after class.

Dorm Pricing: $87/night – Single room

Check-in: Sunday, July 7:  Housing check-in will be held in Klekotka Hall, the apartment building closest to St. Mary’s Hall on West Campus, from 6pm to 8pm.   You may also check in on Monday morning before your class and pick up your key at sign-in (St. Mary's Hall).  If you plan to visit your room before your course begins, please arrive no later than 7:45am.

Monday Morning Sign-In : All students should report to the lobby of St. Mary’s Hall, located on the corner of County Line Road and Spring Mill Road (rt. 320), to officially sign-in on the first day of class, between 7:15am and 8:15am (classes begin at 8:30am).   

Check-out: We request that students are out of their rooms on Friday night by 5:30 pm.

     Ursinus College 

    Week I: June 24 - June 28 & Week II: July 8 - July 12, 2019

    To reserve your accommodations please complete the Ursinus Housing Form (coming soon).

    Ursinus housing has central air and private shared bathrooms in the hallways. Rooms are equipped for comfortable residence hall living. Each room is furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, bureau, and closet space or bureau/wardrobe combination unit. You may bring your own linens or rent them (details coming soon).

    There is a lounge and a small kitchen where you can prepare meals. Lunch is also served daily in Wismer Dining Hall, and local restaurants offer a lot of variety for breakfast and dinner.

    Packing List

    • Kitchen:  cookware, utensils, dishware (plates/cups), can/bottle opener, water bottle, Ziploc bags, Tupperware containers

    • Bedding: extra-long twin sheet sets - 80 inches long (unless you are renting), pillows, an extra blanket/quilt

    • Bath: bath towels and washcloths (unless you are renting), shower tote/caddy, first-aid kit, hairdryer, bathrobe, flip flops

    • Extras: charger for phone, power cords

    Linen Rental (optional): Linen rental is available for an additional fee.  Pre-order is required and payment is due at check-in. Linens are supplied to the dorm room upon arrival. You may pay for linens when you pick up your dorm keys.

    Campus ID: Ursinus will supply non-photo ID’s for dorm students-only

    Campus Parking: Residential and commuter students receive a parking voucher to place on the dashboard (coming soon).

    Dining (Wismer Dining Hall):  A small kitchen is available to prepare meals.  Lunch is also available for purchase at Wismer Dining Hall (11:30am-1pm; cash & credit card accepted). Breakfast and dinner are not available in the dining hall.
