Megan Quinn is a somatic thinker, Pilates instructor, and performer based in Philadelphia. She is a facilitator in the Drexel Pilates Teacher Training Program, and a senior instructor in the Drexel Pilates Studio. Megan is a trained dancer and holds a BFA from Temple University. She is a performer with local contemporary choreographer Shannon Murphy, and Archedream for Humankind, an internationally touring blacklight and mask performance group. Her interest in body mechanics and study in functional anatomy, restorative yoga and embodiment practices help inform and shape her own unique Pilates and movement research form. Megan’s personal research revolves around the exchange and synchronicity of emotional and physical states - tapping into this landscape to unlock a feeling of self-awareness, resiliency, and strength.
