Student Wellness & Health Promotion Online Program
The University's policies on illegal substance use and alcohol, Title IX and nondiscrimination policies are described in the UArts Student Handbook as well as in the University Catalog and in the annually distributed Campus Crime and Fire Safety Reports.
In addition to the online education required of all new students, the University of the Arts also provides free and confidential health and counseling services and assessments to all students. For those issues that are beyond the care that can be provided on-site, the UArts Health and Counseling Centers will make referrals.
As part of our comprehensive prevention efforts, UArts requires all students to complete AlcoholEdu, Sexual Assault Prevention and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility online training. These online education courses will empower you to make well-informed decisions about issues that affect your college years and beyond.
To take the courses, you will need a computer with internet access and audio capabilities. If you do not have access to a computer, you can use any publicly available computer with internet access. Please note, the courses may include surveys to help personalize your experience and measure attitudes and behaviors. All survey responses are confidential; the university will only receive information about the student body as a whole and will never see any individual student's answers.

To fulfill these UArts requirements:

User name is your UArts ID and your ID number is your password

Review and agree to the “terms of service”

Once in the system you should see all assigned courses on your dashboard

Complete Part 1 of both courses by March 1 for Spring semester and October 1 for Fall semester.

Thirty (30) days after you complete each course you will receive an email invitation to complete Part 2 of each course which must be completed within 30 days of the assignment.
Note that UArts requires all first year undergraduate students to complete AlcoholEdu, Sexual Assault Prevention and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion modules. Failure to complete the courses by the deadline will result in a financial ($250) hold on your account. This hold will prevent access to grades and registration for classes. Upon successful completion of the courses, the hold will be removed.
