Roderick Phifer

Roderick Phifer was born and raised in Charlotte North Carolina, where he graduated from Northwest School of the Arts. He recently graduated with a BFA in Dance from University of the Arts. Roderick has trained at North Carolina Dance Theatre under the direction of Jean Pierre Bonnefoux and Patricia McBride, and also Dance Productions under the direction of Lori Oxendine and his mentor Denise Britz Clark. Roderick is currently a contemporary teacher and choreographer at the University of Pennsylvania’s Arts House Dance Company, Dance Productions, Jena Burgin-Peters Entertainment, and Miller Street Dance Academy.
