Nicole Tranquillo (now Nicole Tecce) earned her BM in Vocal Performance from the University of the Arts in 2008. During her time as an undergraduate, she was a featured artist in such venues as the Kimmel Center, the Merriam Theater, The Academy of Music, the TLA, World Café Live, and many others. In 2006, Nicole was a Top 24 contestant on Season 6 of the hit TV show “American Idol.”

She has also been a featured opening act for The Roots, Wale, and Snoop Dogg.

Most recently, Nicole has been primarily working as a songwriter for both the Asia territory and U.S. artists. Living a bi-coastal life between Philadelphia, NYC and LA, she has been tirelessly working in the studio with such producers as The Stereotypes (Bruno Mars), !llmind (Drake, Moana, Khalid, Kanye West, Skyzoo), Lifted (Kanye West, Big Sean), The Elev3n (Karmin, Meghan Trainor), Sarom (Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Enrique Inglesias), and countless others.
