UArts Alumni Take Home Honors in Philly’s Top Theater Awards

Congratulations to alumni from UArts’ Ira Brind School of Theater Arts, who dominated the list of winners at the 2017 Barrymore Awards for Excellence in Theatre, presented annually by TheatrePhiladelphia and recognizing the best of Philadelphia theater. Winners were announced during a ceremony on October 30 at the historic Merriam Theater on Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts. As is traditional, the post-awards celebration was held just down the block in UArts’ Hamilton Hall.
