Why did you decide to become an Orientation coordinator?
I have done all spring and fall orientations for the past two years, and I really just wanted to help guide new and returning FYGs through the process. I also love working with new students in any way possible. I want to make Orientation a memorable experience for them!
What’s your favorite part of the UArts community?
How supportive it is! No one here will ever try to put you in a box with how your art should look. Everyone encourages and uplifts each other, which I think makes for better art all around!
Fun fact: I am missing a bone in my foot!
Why should new students attend New Student Orientation?
To get acquainted with the school and expectations of the students here, while also making some lifelong friends!
