What is one thing you didn't know about UArts that new students might be interested to learn?

It's not so much of a secret...it's the amount of resources we have in our shops here, the many resources we have with learning new techniques and making connections with the shop supervisors outside students' majors. There are so many connections that can be made that will expand your art and help you grow both as an artist and a professional.

What's your favorite thing to do in Philly?

My favorite thing to do in Philly is finding new places to eat and hang out. There are so many cool Cafes and Restaurants in the city that are not well known. It gives me something to look forward to and an excuse to escape from the studio for a little while.
