As president and CEO, David Yager has authority over all affairs of the University. In addition to his extensive experience as a university dean, a faculty member and a corporate executive, he is an artist whose areas of focus cross many boundaries: photography, printmaking, painting, interactive gaming, visual arts, theater arts, imaging and more.

Stephen J. Lightcap

Stephen J. Lightcap, Ed.D., is vice president for Finance & Administration at the University of the Arts. Dr. Lightcap is responsible for the financial operations of the institution, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, long-range financial planning, asset management and risk management.
