PRODUCTION TEAM

Zaina Yasmin Dana (Director)(she/her) is a Palestinian-American director and producer based in Philadelphia and a graduate of Swarthmore College. She is the founder and Resident Director of Eat Purple Theater Co., a new theater-making collective in the city. She is the Associate Producer with Suli Holum / The Work, a theatre company/incubator for new, exciting performance work in Philadelphia. In the past, she had the pleasure of developing R3TURN: A Palestinian Pop-Punk Musical at Swarthmore College and Facepaint: A Morality Play as a part of the 2022 Fringe Festival. Recent Associate Directing credits include LOVE UNPUNISHED (Pig Iron Theater) and KISS (The Wilma Theater). Coming up soon, she will be co-directing the World Premiere of American Fast by Kareem Fahmy at InterAct.

Matthew Bock (Stage Manager)(he/him) is a Junior Directing, Playwriting, and Production major and a Film minor. Past credits at UArts include Stage Managing on musicals buried and This Beautiful City. Most recently, he was Literary Manager for the Equinox 2023 Festival. He'd like to give a huge thanks to his partner, Bella, for all their support. Shoutout to his sister Madelyn, and his powerful ASM Olivia.

Olivia Pastor (Assistant Stage Manager)(she/her) is a Freshman DPP major. This is her first Brind School assignment! Regional: Costume designer (CYS) Assistant Director and part-time Apprentice (PTW). Many thanks to our amazing Stage Manager Matt Bock and our phenomenal crew!
