J. Alex Cordaro (Fight Director)(Acting '97)(he/him) is a Philly-based Fight Director and Educator with over 30 years of training, practice, and experience creating stage violence. He has Fight Directed well over a hundred professional productions with Equity and AGMA, (Opera Philadelphia, Wilma, Arden, PTC, Actor’s Theatre, Exile, Lantern, etc.) including seven World Premieres and numerous U.S. Premieres. He is currently the Stage Combat Instructor for UArts, offering five semesters of training for the Brind School.

Jameka Wilson (Hamlet 1)(they/she) is a Senior Acting major with sprite like tendencies and a side hustle in word sorcery. Past UArts credits include: Everybody, Sometimes The Rain, I Want A Country, and All That’s Left. Endless thanks and gratitude to the creators, breakers, and teachers of language who motivated their love of it as well as to her family who nurtured the vessel that communicates it.          

Leanna Doyle (Hamlet 2)(she/her) is a recent graduate of UArts with her BFA in Acting. Past UArts credits include I Want a Country and Look Up, Canyon. Jo O'Sullivan (Hamlet 3)(they/them) is incredibly excited for the UArts community to see Hamlet! Jo is a Senior Musical Theater major, and is incredibly grateful to be ending their educational journey with this production. Being one of the only MT's in this show was definitely a fish out of water moment, but the cast's support and care has been abundant and this whole experience has been one for the books. Much love to my roomies and besties<3

Nate Miles-McLean (Hamlet 4)(he/him) is a Senior Acting Major. Past UArts performance: "This Beautiful City". Nate is ecstatic that "Hamlet" gets to be his last performance as a UArts student. Endless thanks to his entire family for their profound support, as well as to his professors who have given him the tools needed to start his career.

KaShaun McGhee (Ghost/Hamlet Sr)(any pronouns) is a Senior Acting major. Past UArts credits include A Rhapsody of Life's Progress and Shapeshifters. Endless thanks to my friends and family, Jamison Foreman for the immense trust and care, and the amazing cast of this production for being the best humans to ever grace a stage.

Nylarose Moore (Claudius)(she/her) - is a Junior Acting major with a minor in Business. Past UArts credits include Pippin (Ensemble) and Everybody (Usher/God). Marissa Wheaton (Gertrude)(she/they) is a Junior Acting major, and is excited to be a part of her first UArts production with this wonderful cast and crew! Regional Credits: Steel Magnolias (Annelle)(Clear Space Theatre), Clue, Carrie, Guys and Dolls (Mimi), Mamma Mia!, Elf, The Sound of Music. Film: Ping-Pong Summer (Compass Entertainment).

Kai Scott (Polonius)(they/them) is a Junior Acting major and Photography minor. Past UArts acting credits include I Want a Country (Ensemble) and Woyzeck (Ensemble). Past UArts production credits are Sometimes the Rain, Sometimes the Sea (ASM), Alchemic Oddities (ASM), and Act One: A First Year Experience (ASM). A Non-UArts acting credit is Wanting, Only to You, the Future (Ensemble).

Avi Fidler (Laertes)(they/them) is a Senior Acting Major. Past UArts credits include Everybody, Delivery Boy, I Want A Country, Men on Boats, Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again. and Listen Close, Listen Well. Thanks to Krista, Jamison, Alex, and all my mentors and collaborators these last four years. Thank you, thank you, thank you.  

Riley Mehrtens (Ophelia)      

Shayla Chapple-Bell (Horatio) is a Sophomore Acting major, and is very excited for everyone to see the show. It is her first production with UArts, and hopes all goes well. She is very grateful for Jamison, Krista, and the cast and hopes to work with them again in the future (outside of classes of course)!! 

Bailey Ammons (Rosencrantz) is a Senior Acting major playing the role of Rosencrantz. The most recent work he's been seen in is Rhapsody of Life's Progress. Bailey is beyond grateful for the opportunity and gives endless love to the cast and crew!

Kyle Edens (Guildenstern)(he/they) is a Sophomore Acting and DPP double major. Some past UArts credits include Psychic Investigation… (Young August), Polyphone Festival (Assistant Artistic Director), Everybody (Assistant Stage Manager), and Sorry, Wrong Number (George/Western Union). Kyle is also the stage manager for this production of Hamlet.

Sofia Marchese (Marcellus/Gravedigger1)(she/her) is a Senior Musical Theater major and is excited for her first on stage role to be in Hamlet! Previous UArts credits: Head Over Heels - Swing/ Booth singer, Ballyturk - Dramaturg, and Pump to Pump - Dramaturg. Thank you to her parents, this incredible cast, Jamison, and Krista!

Chiara Pugliese (Barnardo/Gravedigger2)(she/her) is a Sophomore Acting Major. Chiara is ecstatic to make her debut performance in a UArts production!

Stevie Reynolds (Player King) is a Sophomore Acting major and MT minor. Past UArts credits: A Little Death (Equinox 2022). Stevie is so grateful to be a part of Hamlet and wants to say thanks to Jamison, Krista, and the cast for such an incredible show.  Love to Mom, Dad, and Grace!      

Aidan Schultz (Player Queen)(she/they) is a Junior Acting & DPP major with a minor in Songwriting. Past UArts credits include Bodies and Bones, I Want A Country, All At Once, In The Green, Esther's Play About Esther's Play, Wanting, Only to You, The Future, and is now thrilled to be involved in this spectacular production of Hamlet. Aidan would like to thank the cast and team for their grit, loyalty to the text, and of course, the guaranteed laughter.
