FIRST: Now That You're Accepted
Submit Your FAFSA
If you haven't already, complete this important step in the financial aid process.
Submit Your Deposit
Secure your space within your program and, if desired, on-campus housing.
Visit UArts
Get a better feel for UArts by visiting campus. Admissions can assist you with scheduling.
NEXT: Once You've Deposited...
Activate Your UArts Account & Email
Check your email regularly to receive official communications about your classes and billing.
Review Housing Options
Learn more about on-campus housing solutions or search for off-campus housing.
Finalize Your Financial Aid
You may need to complete a master promissory note, entrance counseling or verification.
Review & Pay Your Bill
We'll send an email to your UArts inbox when it's ready. In the meantime, learn about our billing schedule and payment plan options.
Submit Health Forms
Most new students are required to submit health information forms.
Send Final Transcripts
If you were in school when you applied, you'll need to have final transcripts sent to the Office of Admissions.
What about registering for classes?
Watch your UArts email—the Office of the Registrar will email detailed advising and registration instructions to each student's University email account.
Submit Your ID Photo
Students are required to carry their UArts ID on campus. You may upload your own photo, and pick up your ID at Orientation.
Consider Technology Needs
Most graduate students will require a laptop or personal computer to complete their program. Ask your Program Director what's required. If needed, new computers can be purchased at discounted rates through the UArts Apple Store.
Attend Orientation
New Student Orientation is focused on one simple idea: to acclimate you to life at UArts.
