Bio: Rebecca is a design manager and senior UX Designer at IBM Smarter Workforce. She enjoys uncovering user needs and providing a quality user experience through design. She believes that design changes lives and research improves lives, and works to merge the two disciplines to create the best possible user experience. With a drive to help others learn new skills and discover innovative solutions, she often can be found giving demonstrations to professionals and students on eyetracking technology and Adobe/Microsoft programs. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking and crafting.
