UArts is no longer accepting applications for this program.

Work with your hands and create something meaningful through the Bachelor of Fine Arts Craft & Materials Studies program at University of the Arts.

At the heart of UArts’ program is thinking through making. As you learn the technical aspects of crafts and materials, you’ll also learn how to process the ideas and concepts associated with the art—a distinct balance of analyzing and creating.

You can either choose a concentration in Glass, Fibers & Textile Studies, Jewelry/Metals, Ceramics or Wood/Furniture, or study Craft & Material Studies without a concentration.

Ceramics
