Facilities Management announces a new, web-based system for reserving rooms for meetings and events: Facilities Scheduling Direct. FS Direct is part of the School Dude program that is currently used for Maintenance work requests.

Please follow the directions below to create your account. If you already have an existing School Dude account for maintenance requests, follow the steps below to enter your email address, click Submit and choose the "Schedule Request" tab.



Once your account is set up, you will be able to track your requests and receive status email notifications. This system can be used to inquire about reserving any space on campus. Follow the step-by-step instructions to make your request. You will receive a response within 48 hours (two business days) indicating the status or confirmation of your request.
