Health Services Fall 2021 FAQ
Yes, in a virtual format. Registered students can schedule an appointment with the nurse via uartshealthservices.youcanbook.me during our regularly scheduled office hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Additionally, staff members are on hand to check emails, collect new student documents, assist with school insurance enrollment, and provide guidance and resources when possible.

Per the recommendations of the CDC and the Pennsylvania Department of Health, students who are feeling unwell are advised to utilize telemedicine options to consult with a physician.
Student Health Services staff will not be treating unvaccinated students experiencing respiratory illness in the office. If an unvaccinated student is experiencing respiratory illness, they are encouraged to email healthservices@uarts.edu to schedule a video conference with the UArts staff nurse or visit uartshealthservices.youcanbook.me to schedule a virtual appointment. If a vaccinated student is experiencing respiratory illness, they can attend an in-person appointment or schedule a video conference with the UArts staff nurse.
Regardless of vaccination status, all other injuries and illness (gastro, allergy, etc.) can be treated in person or by virtual appointment.
Visits between the student and the school nurse are confidential.
