OTIS Support Services offers computering equipment for delivery and checkout. The best way to make your reservation is to use the online forms available in the left navigation menu. Equipment is limited so please be aware that your reservation is not guaranteed until you get confirmation.
Floating Laptop Request
Intended for on campus class use. We will not deliver to rooms with existing computing eqipment. Drop off is available at or after 8:30 am and pick-up time is available at or before 10:00 pm of the same day.
Request must preceed event by at least 48 hours
ON Campus Computer Request
On campus temporary computer placement for exhibitions or events that require desktop computers and/or last more than one day.
Requests must be made at least one week prior to the event.
OFF Campus Computer Request
Off campus temporary computer loan for exhibitions or events. These request can intiated by a student but will require the endorsement of a faculty member AND the department. No delivery is offered for off campus requests.
