Sabrina Collins has more than 30 years experience in health and fitness. She decided on this profession to motivate and inspire others to take responsibility for their health through exercise and proper nutrition.
A graduate of Millersville University, Sabrina currently teaches private and duet yoga and Pilates at her studio, Pilates on Camac and group classes at the University of the Arts. She has successfully completed a 600 teacher training approved by the Pilates Method Alliance and a 200 hour teacher training approved by the Yoga Alliance.
Sabrina attends at least four major fitness conferences a year as part of her commitment to gain cutting edge knowledge and experience to help her clientele get the most from their fitness program.
