Faculty Statement:
As a professional drummer and member of the University of the Arts drumset faculty, my goal is to prepare drumset students for success as a professional musician in todayʼs society. This preparation demands that our students; develop a high level of advanced rhythmic and metric skills; develop strong four-way coordination; obtain the ability to perform in many styles and develop a working skill set to employ the ever-changing music technology of today. Above all, I seek to help UArts graduates to represent themselves at a very high level of musical artistry.
