Ramla Benaissa, PhD, AIA, LEED AP, is an architect, educator, and the founder and principal of Ramla Benaissa Architects. She holds a Master of Architecture from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a PhD in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. Ramla has taught Design Studio as well as Architectural History and Theory at the University of Pennsylvania School of Design, Drexel University, and University of Tennessee-Knoxville College of Architecture and Design.
