Jordan Rockford is a curator, educator and creative collaborator based in Philadelphia. He has worked with archival and museum collections both regionally and abroad, including the Historical Society of Pennsylvania, where he managed the graphics archive from 2000-2002. He has also developed exhibitions for organizations such as the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, the Delaware Art Museum and the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund. He was Managing Curator for Peregrine Arts during creative development of Hidden City 2009, a city-wide festival of installation art based in historic sites across Philadelphia.
Jordan has served on the Executive Board of the Museum Council of Philadelphia, and continues to serve as a judge for National History Day, and as a peer panelist for the Philadelphia Cultural Fund. After completing a BFA in Photography at the University of the Arts he went on to pursue Museum Studies and History of Photography towards the M.Litt. in Art History at the University of St Andrews, Scotland.
