Art is the only realm in which utopian ideals can exist in an uncompromised fashion. My work postulates other ways of being in an effort to comparatively examine the current moment. I utilize architecture, interiors and domestic prototypes to suggest the possibilities of the future, while referencing other historically utopian ideologies such as Modernism, Science Fiction, Buddhism and personal lifestyle design. Through viewing these drawings and sculptures, we can piece together something beyond the here and now, something speculative, or perhaps unfulfilled.
