Christopher Davison is a Philadelphia-based painter with an MFA from the Tyler School of Art. His first solo exhibition in New York was in 2009 at Nicelle Beauchene Gallery and his two-person exhibition in 2010 at Fred Torres Collaborations was reviewed in the November 2010 issue of Modern Painters Magazine. He has been included in exhibitions in New York, Miami, Copenhagen, Philadelphia, Boston, Rome, Los Angeles and Brussels. His work can be seen in the public collections of the Rose Art Museum (Mass.), University of Alabama (Ala.) and Museum of the Hague (The Netherlands).
In addition to creating his own work and teaching at local universities such as UArts, Tyler School of Art, Moore College of Art and Design, and Drexel University, he is co-curator of the online artist collaboration platform TakeTurnsProject.com.
