Caren Beilin is the author of a novel, The University of Pennsylvania, and a collection of short fiction, Americans, Guests, or Us. Her prose has appeared in numerous publications including McSweeney's, Fence, and The Offing, and she serves as a reviews editor for Full Stop Magazine, a site devoted to small presses and works in translation. She holds a PhD in Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Utah and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Montana. She studied at an arts college-- Columbia College Chicago-- for her undergraduate degree.
