Amanda Robles was born and raised in Orange, Conn., listening to all genres of music ranging from opera to merengue. She graduated from Amity Regional High School in 2009, where she performed some of her first roles: Rizzo ("Grease") and Mimi ("Rent"). While attending UArts, Robles has worked on new musicals, performing in the ensemble of "Average Achievers," "Leading Lady" and "The Centurion: The Musical." She also was privileged to work with 11th Hour's Megan O'Brien in the ensemble of "Adding Machine" and "High Fidelity." She is ecstatic to be performing the role of Princess Ida in "Princess Ida" this fall and to be graduating with her class of 2013.
