Vox is the University of the Arts’ only student-run a cappella group on campus. Consisting of nine female voices, VOX focuses on contemporary music by popular artists as well as music composed and arranged by students at the University. The group hopes to become more immersed in the UArts community, the School of Music and Student Life, and also reach beyond that by involving themselves in the vibrant musical community that Philadelphia has to offer young adults.
Auditions for VOX will happen annually at the start of the Fall Semester, and the group will run through the remainder of the academic year. Involvement includes attending rehearsals, sectionals, and performances.
