Spruce Residence Hall
Spruce Hall is the largest housing facility at the University of the Arts, which means that you can live in a large, vibrant community of fellow artists. Spruce Hall is filled with students who are generous and friendly, and who are always ready for a fun time with their fellow residents. The hall is located within a quick walk of all campus buildings.
Apartments range from small studios, large studios and one-bedroom units. Each apartment features a galley kitchen and either hardwood or carpeted floors. Laundry facilities are located on various floors. A student lounge is available for studying, spending time with friends, and for all of your vending machine and cooking needs.
Do you need help with your classes? You can find the Residential Peer Tutor in the lounge as well. RPTs are available during posted tutoring hours and by appointment. Resident Assistants are located on each floor and are there to assist in making your stay in Spruce Hall as comfortable and fun as possible.
An around-the-clock Public Safety officer posted in the lobby ensures the safety of the building and its residents.
