Room Change Process

Room change periods occur three times throughout the academic year. Students may request to move to a specific space or any available space. Students must sign up during the appropriate dates and be able to move on the designated Room Change Day indicated below. In order to request a room change, students should come to Gershman Hall, Suite 309 and complete Room Change Application form.

Room Change Requests received: November 12-14, 2012 by 5 p.m.
Room Change Day: Saturday, November 17, 2012, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Room Change Requests received: February 4-6, 2013 by 5 p.m.
Room Change Day: Saturday, February 9, 2013 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Students requesting a room change outside of these designated periods should first discuss their specific situation with their Resident Assistant and/or their Hall Director. The Student Life staff will work with students on an individual basis to address residential concerns.
