The Office of Student Life invites you to nominate students to Emerging Leaders at the University of the Arts. This comprehensive 10-week program is designed to challenge students to become active leaders on our campus. In addition, the learning outcomes of Emerging Leaders will provide students with a strong foundation to continue leadership beyond the campus into their communities and future professions.

By participating in Emerging Leaders, students will acquire knowledge of leadership theory through readings and class discussions. Furthermore, students will utilize these constructs through practical application in group work and through observation and participation in campus organizations. Program content is directly applicable to their university experience and will challenge students to think critically about their role on our campus.

To be eligible for this program, a student must be in good academic and disciplinary standing and be a first- or second-year student.
